Terms of service
The terms under which the Oman Fawtara readiness assessment is provided.
By using Oman Fawtara you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Oman Fawtara provides a technical readiness assessment of a representative invoice against a versioned, source-attributed rule set. The result is a product-readiness indicator with evidence, findings and remediation guidance.
Not legal or tax advice
The service does not provide legal, tax or financial advice and is not official certification, approval, or a decision by any tax authority. You are responsible for confirming requirements against official sources.
Your uploads
You confirm that the invoice you upload is yours or that you are authorized to use it, and that it does not contain unrelated sensitive data. Files are processed deterministically, stored privately, and can be deleted on request.
Acceptable use
- You will not attempt to disrupt, resell, or scrape the service.
- You will not upload malware, malicious content, or anything unlawful.
- You will not misrepresent the results of the assessment.
Intellectual property
The software, rule set, reports and content of this service belong to the operator. You retain rights in your own invoice data.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for decisions made based on the assessment, and the assessment must not be relied on as authoritative for compliance purposes.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms from time to time. Substantive changes will be reflected on this page.
